Morravey – High Again is Track 2 on RAVI EP and it is the emotional hangover after Track 1. She asked “What Is Love” in Track 1. Now in High Again, she answers: love feels like a drug. And she is addicted.

High Again is Afrobeats with R&B and alté vibes. Soft, intoxicating, and dreamy. Morravey compares love to getting high. The highs, the lows, the withdrawal, the cravings. Lyrics like “I keep coming back to you” hit because she is not pretending she is over it. She is honest about the addiction. Her vocals are breathy and smooth, but you hear the ache underneath. It sounds like 2am thoughts when you know you should move on but your heart will not listen.

Production is warm and hypnotic. Muted drums, airy guitar, and space for her voice to drift. The beat itself feels like a slow burn, just like the feeling she is describing. After opening the EP with questions, Morravey shows us the feeling of being stuck in that question.
