Blessing by MohBad
MohBad counts his blessings on Track 5. Blessing from Blessed EP. 2023. E tag. After Omo Mi, Imole shifts to gratitude.
Blessing is the title track energy. The EP is called Blessed, and this song explains why. MohBad isn’t preaching. He’s surviving. In Nigeria, saying “I’m blessed” hits different when you’ve seen hell. He knows the beast. He wants the peace. He sabi the game. He’s got his account balance. He’s protecting Omo Mi. Now he’s saying thank you.
The sound is lighter than Omo Mi but still street. Melodic Imole delivery, reflective lyrics, production that lets him breathe. This isn’t Owodabire joy. This is “I almost didn’t make it” gratitude. E tag because real blessings come with real stories. He’s not thanking God for a Benz. He’s thanking God for life.
Track 5 placement is key. Blessed EP is a journey. He started with conflict, moved to knowledge, money, love, and now gratitude. Blessing is the intermission before the EP gets darker again. In 2026, this track is heavy. He was counting blessings months before he died. He told us on the title track of his final project.
Your screenshot shows no feature listed, but the EP credits Bella Shmurda on Blessing. If Apple Music isn’t displaying it here, we still honor the official credits. Two street prophets on one track. MohBad and Bella understand struggle. When they say “blessing,” they mean it.
If Beast & Peace was the thesis, Blessing is the heart. Imole wasn’t perfect. He never claimed to be. But he knew he was blessed to still be here, still making music, still feeding Omo Mi. Bigxmotion will update with full lyrics + breakdown as they drop.
