“I Cooked Jollof For Sarkodie After He Came To My House To Apologize Over The TGMA Incident” – Stonebwoy Reveals On TikTok Live
Ghanaian Dancehall star Stonebwoy has opened up about his relationship with rapper Sarkodie, revealing he once cooked jollof for him after an apology visit.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session on Monday night, which has since gone viral via G24 Xtra TV, Stonebwoy disclosed that Sarkodie came to his house to apologize following an incident related to the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
According to Stonebwoy, after Sarkodie apologized, he hosted him and cooked jollof rice for him as a sign of peace and brotherhood.
“I cooked jollof for Sarkodie after he came to my house to apologize over the TGMA incident,” Stonebwoy said on the Live.
The revelation comes at a time when the two heavyweights are trending for a public exchange on X. A few days ago, Stonebwoy called out Sarkodie in an open letter, accusing him of shading him. Sarkodie fired back on September 8, denying he ever shaded Stonebwoy and asking him “What is your problem?” while reminding him that he invited him to his Royal Albert Hall show.
Stonebwoy’s jollof story adds a new twist to their long history, from the 2020 Black Love Concert incident involving Sarkodie’s manager Angel Town, to their recent fallout.
Fans have since reacted with mixed feelings, with many praising Stonebwoy for his maturity, while others are calling on the two Ghanaian giants to end their back-and-forth for good.
